    Click the "Store" tab, choose the quantity first and then please fill out the required information. Please check the delivery table to check delivery area and delivery date. Payment through our website is via credit card payment transaction (VISA or Mastercard).

  • by FAX/Email

    Please press "Download Ordering sheet". Fill out your requirements and FAX or Email to the contact information provided. Please refer to the following table to check delivery area and delivery date. Payment is cash only. Download Ordering sheet

  • by phone

    Please call between 10 am until noon. You will be required to inform us of your purchase requirements and personal details. Please refer to the following table to check delivery area and delivery date. Payment is cash only.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

1) Your order is delivered to your desired location in our delivery trucks.

2) Please specify the location of your convenience, such as home or office.

3) Please note there are some outer areas where we do not deliver for now. For more information, please contact our office directly.

4) We set the delivery day for each area. Please refer to the table below. Day delivery to each region is based on the delivery date and the days that are listed. Please note there may be changes in hours or days of delivery for certain reasons. If for any unforeseen reasons there are any changes to delivery day or hours we shall contact you and make alternative delivery arrangements.


Please note:

1) If for any reason delivery cannot be accepted as you have arranged, we will re-deliver however there will be an additional delivery charge of $10.00 incurred ($15.00 out of area).

2) It is possible to arrange a special delivery outside of your delivery time due to certain circumstances. However, regardless of purchase price and delivery area a special delivery fee will be charged.

3) Please email us if you need to change delivery date within 24 hours before the delivery date. If you contact us late, please acknowledge that we may not be able to change the delivery date.

4) If the delivery date falls on a Public Holiday it will be delivered either before or after that date.
